FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a fragmented perspective view illustrating an upper portion of the device of FIG. 1, with a cap shown in an open position.

The ornamental design for a plunger for specimen filtration device substantially, as shown and described.
