FIG. 10 is a rear, bottom, and right side isometric view thereof;

FIG. 11 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 12 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 13 is a left side elevation view thereof;

The dashed lines and the structures they depict are shown for the purpose of illustrating environmental subject matter and form no part of the claimed design. In FIGS. 9 through 14, the break lines in the drawings of the second embodiment indicate that any portion between the break lines forms no part of the claimed design. All other views of the bar for vehicle rack are the same as those in FIGS. 1 through 8 with the exception that the second embodiment makes no claim of portions between the locations of the break lines in FIGS. 9 through 14.
