The appearance of the graphical user interface transitions sequentially between the images shown in FIGS. 1 through 27 in the first embodiment and between the images shown in FIGS. 28 through 54 in the second embodiment. The process or period in which an image changes into another forms no part of the claimed design.

The heavier and peripheral dashed-dot-dot broken lines in the drawings illustrate the display screen or portion thereof, while all other broken lines (including dashed lines, dashed-dot-dot lines, and white gridded areas interior of the peripheral broken lines) illustrate portions of the baccarat game graphical user interface. None of the subject matter shown in broken lines interior of the peripheral broken lines forms part of the claimed design.

CLAIM The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with an animated baccarat game graphical user interface, as shown and described.
