FIG. 2 is a front view of a first image of the PDA display panel video image;

FIG. 3 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right side view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 8 is an enlarged view of the PDA display panel video image shown in FIG. 2;

FIG. 9 is a front view of a second image of the PDA display panel video image; and,

FIG. 10 is a front view of a third image of the PDA display panel video image.

The appearance of the video image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 2, 9 and 10. The process or period in which an image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.

The broken lines shown in the figures are for illustration purposes only and do not form any part of the claimed invention.

CLAIM The ornamental design for the PDA display panel video image, as shown and described.
