FIG. 1 is a front view of a display panel portion with transitional

according to our new design;
FIG. 2 is a front view of a second image thereof;
FIG. 3 is a front view of a third image thereof; and,
FIG. 4 is a front view of a fourth image thereof.
The subject matter in this patent includes a process or period in
which an image changes into another image. This process or period
forms no part of the claimed design.
The broken lines shown in the drawings illustrate portions of the
display panel or portion thereof with transitional graphical user
interface that forms no part of the claimed design. The stippling
is used to portray the illusion of shading in the graphical user
interface and forms part of the claimed design.
