FIG. 9 is another bottom perspective view in use with a container.

The broken lines showing four wheels in FIGS. 1 through 9 are included for the purpose of illustrating potions of the tilt truck carriage and form no part of the claimed design. The broken line showing of a container in FIG. 9 is included for the purpose of illustrating environment and forms no part of the claimed design.
