The broken line showing of: the lawn mower handle shown in FIGS. 1 and 2; mounting portions of the starter illustrated in FIGS. 1-4 and 6-8; and operator indicia on the push button shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 5, and 7 depict environment, while the openings in the starter shown in broken lines in FIGS. 2, 3, and 5-8, represent unclaimed boundaries.
