FIG. 10 is a fragmentary enlarged view showing the details of the sidewall portion defined by cross-section by lines C-C and D-D in FIG. 4 thereof;

FIG. 11 is an end view taken along line F-F between E-E in FIG. 9 thereof; and,

FIG. 12 is an end view taken along line H-H between G-G in FIG. 10 thereof.
