FIG. 1 is a top view of the clip memory stick showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a right side view thereof,

FIG. 3 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a top, right, front perspective view thereof.

In the preferred embodiment, the clip memory stick has a slot with a cut. The cut is lockable with a bolt. The bolt is supported in the case. The bolt is movable against a spring force to pen the cut. For that the bolt has a knob which is out of the case and which is supported in a cut of the case.
