The appearance of the transitional image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 3 17. No ornamental aspects are associated with the process or period in which one image transitions to another.

The broken line showing of portions of a mobile phone is included for the purpose of illustrating environmental structure and forms no part of the claimed design.

CLAIM The ornamental design for a transitional image display for mobile phone, as shown and described.
