FIG. 2 is an end elevational view thereof, the elevational view of the opposing end being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is an elevational view of the opposing side thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof,

FIG. 7 is a transverse cross-sectional view thereof taken along line 7--7 of FIG. 4;

FIG. 8 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view thereof taken along line 8--8 of FIG. 2; and,

FIG. 9 is perspective view showing the hinged clam-shell protector with water-tight O-ring seal for electrical extension cords in use; the broken lines depict environmental structure for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.

I claim the ornamental design for a hinged clam-shell protector with water-tight O-ring seal for electrical extension cords, as shown and described.
