FIG. 8 is an exploded perspective view thereof, the inserts, other than for a difference in the height of the peripheral walls, being mirror images of each other;

FIG. 9 is a transverse cross-section taken on line 9--9 in FIG. 2;

FIG. 10 is a longitudinal cross-section view taken on line 10--10 in FIG. 2 .
