FIG. 5 is a cross sectional view taken along line 5--5 of FIG. 2; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan cross-sectional view taken generally along line 6--6 of the midsole shown in FIG. 2.

The broken line showing the remaining portion of the sole and shoe upper in FIGS. 1-4 forms no part of the claimed design.
