FIG. 4 is an enlarged side view thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is an enlarged sectional view taken along line 5--5 of FIG. 2;

FIG. 6 is an enlarged foreshortened sectional view taken along line 6--6 of FIG. 2; and

FIG. 7 is a right end elevational view thereof on an enlarged scale.
