FIG. 10 is a right side elevational view of the embodiment of FIG. 9, the left side being substantially a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 11 is a bottom, rear perspective view of the embodiment of FIG. 9;

FIG. 12 is a rear elevational view of the embodiment of FIG. 9; and

FIG. 13 is a horizontal sectional view taken through the center of the embodiment of FIG. 9.
