inhale hole is on the inhale plate; an exhaust motor is inside the
hood, the exhaust motor connects to a duct; an air re-flow system
is to have an air-returning channel on the back of the hood, the
bottom of the air-returning channel forms at least one ventilator
on the inhale plate; an air-returning motor is inside the
air-returning channel to control the air flow direction. The
present invention can avoid grease gathering on the wall,
over-speeding of the exhaust motor to save energy and exhausting
large quantity of warm indoor air.

Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0001] I. Field of the Invention
[0002] This invention relates generally to a kitchen ventilator
with recirculation function and, more specifically, to a kitchen
ventilator with recirculation function that has air-recirculation
motor controlled by a circuitry to run both directions to enhance
the ventilation effect or re-circulate clean warm air.
[0003] II. Description of the Prior Art
[0004] Heretofore, it is known that a kitchen ventilator is to have
an external hood with a ventilation motor built-in, a grease filter
is installed on the inhale hole. Such prior arts might have
following issues:
[0005] The kitchen ventilators are installed against the wall; the
smoke with grease is risen and inhaled by the suction, part of the
grease is condensed on the wall to generate heavy stain and very
difficult to clean up.
[0006] Most of the prior arts are designed to run at maximum speed
without adjustment with the heavy level of smoke, such scheme
introduce waste of energy.
[0007] The air temperature of frigid zone areas is cold, people
apply heater to keep indoor warm; while the known kitchen
ventilator is running, the warm air will be inhaled that lowers the
indoor temperature rapidly.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0008] It is therefore a primary object of the invention to provide
a kitchen ventilator with recirculation function to solve following
problems: prevent the accumulation of heavy grease stain on wall
under the present invention; waste of energy to have the exhaust
motor running at full speed al the time; inhale large amount of
warm air indoor.
[0009] In order to achieve the objective set forth, a kitchen
ventilator with recirculation function in accordance with the
present invention comprises a hood with a inhale plate installed
obliquely on the bottom, a inhale hole is on the inhale plate; an
exhaust motor is inside the hood, the exhaust motor connects to a
duct; an air re-flow system is to have an air-returning channel on
the back of the hood, the top of the air-returning channel links to
the exhaust duct, the bottom of the air-returning channel forms at
least one ventilator on the inhale plate; an air-returning motor is
inside the air-returning channel to control the air flow
direction.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
[0022] Referring to FIG. 1, the present invention is composed of a
hood (11) with a inhale plate (13) installed obliquely on the
bottom, a inhale hole (14) is on the inhale plate (13), several
upper fixing slot (151) and lower fixing slot (152) are on top and
bottom of the inhale plate (13), a grease pipe (153) connects to
the lower fixing slot (152). An exhaust motor (12) is inside the
hood (11), the exhaust motor (12) connects to a duct (122), the
duct (122) faces the inhale hole (14), a exhaust duct (16) is on
top of the exhaust motor (12), a motor grease pipe (121) is beneath
the exhaust motor (12);
[0023] a grease filter (20), as shown in 2A to 3D, is behind the
inhale hole (14), the grease filter (20) further consists of a
rectangular curve frame (21) with an air conducting cover (22),
several filter layer (23)(24) and a back net (25); the air
conducting cover (22) is made of a thin metal plate with many inlet
hole (221) bent inward; the filter layer (23)(24) are made of metal
plate in wave shape, the wave directions of the filter layer
(23)(24) are vertical to each other; the back net (25) is made of
steel plate. Two fixed tenon (26) are on the bottom of the
rectangular curve frame (21) to insert into the lower fixing slot
(152), a handle (27) and two moveable tenon (271) are on top of the
rectangular curve frame (21), the two moveable tenon (271) are
inserted into the upper fixing slot (151); the upper fixing slot
(151) is above the lower fixing slot (152), when the grease filter
(20) is installed on the inhale hole (14), the grease filter (20)
bends inward;
[0024] an air re-flow system is to have an air-returning channel
(31) on the back of the hood (11), the top of the air-returning
channel (31) links to the exhaust duct (16), the bottom of the
air-returning channel (31) forms at least one ventilator (311) on
the inhale plate (13); an air-returning motor (32) is inside the
air-returning channel (31) to control the air flow direction; an
air-returning grease filter (33) is installed obliquely on top of
the air-returning motor (32) for grease to flow down, an
air-returning grease pipe (34) is installed on the bottom of the
air-returning grease filter (33);
[0025] a grease container (41) is on the back of the bottom of the
hood (11), the grease container (41) gathers grease from the motor
grease pipe (121), the grease pipe (153) and the air-returning
grease pipe (34).
[0026] The function and the operation of the present invention are
described below:
[0027] when users turn on exhaust motor (12), the smoke is inhaled
from the inhale hole (14) and expelled out from the exhaust duct
(16). The grease flows through the grease filter (20) and stays on
the filter layer (23)(24); after a period of time and by gravity,
the grease drips to the air conducting cover (22), the grease
filter (20) is in a curve shape and bent inward, the grease flows
from the inlet hole (221) to the bottom of the grease filter (20)
and passes through the grease pipe (153) to the grease container
(41), the grease will not drip from the grease filter (20) directly
into cooking utensils. The filter layer (23)(24) offer larger plane
to gather grease, the vertical wave structure of the filter layer
(23)(24) gives better filter effect.
[0028] Referring to FIG. 4, the running direction of the
air-returning motor (32) can be controlled by a circuitry; when the
warm smoke contains grease in the exhaust duct (16), the
air-returning motor (32) turns clockwise to exhaust hot air from
the exhaust duct (16); the air passes through the air-returning
grease filter (33) becomes clean without grease and expels from the
ventilator (311), an air curtain is generated on the wall surface
that is on the back of the main body (10) to block the grease from
the wall for cleaner wall. Since the air is warm and can flow up,
the smoke with grease is brought up for better ventilation cleaning
efficiency. To the users in colder areas, the recycled warm air can
achieve energy saving function.
[0029] Referring to FIG. 5, the air-returning motor (32) can run
reversely and in synchronously with the exhaust motor (12) to have
the smoke air inhale by the inhale hole (14) and the ventilator
(311) at the same time, such scheme can speed up the expulsion of
larger quantity of smoke air; when the smoke air is light, the
air-returning motor (32) can switch to run clockwise for
air-returning function.
[0030] While a preferred embodiment of the invention has been shown
and described in detail, it will be readily understood and
appreciated that numerous omissions, changes and additions may be
made without departing from the spirit and scope of the
invention.
