In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

①The referenced serial number 87182548 in Class 12 has now expired. As a result, we're requesting removal of this application from refusal for consideration by the examining attorney. ②In order to overcome the likelihood of confusion with Registration Nos. 4693180 and 5205690, the applicant request for deleting the following goods: ?Baby strollers; Motorized bicycles; Tires for vehicles?.
