EXPLANATION OF FILING
Registrant wishes to amend the mark in the instant registration from MONDRIAN (Stylized) to MONDRIAN word mark. Registrant respectfully advises that the original application was paper filed and no stylized format was claimed. However, through the course of prosecution, the trademark was incorrectly labeled as a Stylized mark. Accordingly, Registrant respectfully requests that the amendment to amend the mark to MONDRIAN word mark be accepted. Registrant is concurrently filing a Section 8 & 15 Declaration. Registrant respectfully requests that the Section 8 & 15 Declaration and the Section 7 Amendment be processed together, as the supporting specimen for the Section 8 & 15 Declaration demonstrates use of the mark, as amended.
