The dashed broken lines and stipple shading shown in the side
elevation view in FIG. 3 illustrates a surface that forms no part
of the claimed design. The dot-dash broken lines in the drawings
define the boundaries of the claimed design and form no part
thereof. The remaining dashed broken lines in the figures depict
portions of the catheter tip that form no part of the claimed
design.
