FIG. 4 is a lower perspective view of the illuminating bollard shown in FIG. 1.
The broken lines illustrate portions of the illuminating bollard that form no part of the claimed design. The gap illustrated in the images represents a symbolic break in length of an unclaimed portion of the bollard. The appearance of the article between these break lines formed no part of the claimed design.
