FIG. 5 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side elevational view thereof being a mirror image of the left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a perspective view taken from the front, top, left side of the perpendicular to floor sign holder with simple shelf clip showing my new design according to a second embodiment;

FIG. 9 is a perspective view taken from the back, bottom, left side of the second embodiment;

FIG. 10 is a front elevational view according to the second embodiment;

FIG. 11 is a back elevational view according to the second embodiment;

FIG. 12 is a left side elevational view according to the second embodiment, the right side elevational view according to the second embodiment being a mirror image of the left side elevational view according to the second embodiment;
