FIG. 8 is a right-hand side view thereof;

FIG. 9 is a bottom view of a portable power charger comprising another embodiment of a new, original and ornamental design, where the top view is the same as shown in FIG. 3;

FIG. 10 is a front-end view thereof;

FIG. 11 is a rear-end view thereof;

FIG. 12 is a left-hand side view thereof; and,

FIG. 13 is a right-hand side view thereof.

The broken lines shown in the drawings are for the purpose of illustrating portions of the portable power charger that form no part of the claimed design.
