FIG. 2 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom view thereof, the solid lines disposed proximate the outer perimeter of the patch indicating perforations in a backing material, the broken lines indicating openings in the patch;

FIG. 4 is a front view, with a rear view being a mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a right side view, with the left side view being a mirror image thereof.

The broken lines in the figures are for the purpose of illustrating portions of a patch that form no part of the claim.
