FIG. 1 is a front view of a display screen or a portion thereof with graphical user interface showing the first image of our design;

FIG. 2 is the second image thereof; and,

FIG. 3 is the third image thereof.

The appearance of the graphical user interface sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-3. The process or period in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design.

Areas of the design shown with a stipple fill illustrate a visual contrast compared to the non-filled areas.

The outermost broken lines in each figure illustrate a display screen or portion thereof. The remaining broken lines, including all text and numerals shown, illustrate portions of the graphical user interface. None of the broken lines form part of the claimed design.

The display screen or portion thereof is shown with symbolic breaks. The appearance of any portion of the article between the symbolic break lines forms no part of the claimed design. The symbolic break lines themselves form no part of the claimed design.
