FIG. 8 is a top perspective view of the utility tote panel insert of FIGS. 1 to 7, but wherein the utility tote panel insert is in a flat or unfolded configuration;

FIG. 9 is a bottom perspective view thereof;

FIG. 10 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 11 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 12 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 13 is a front view thereof; and,

FIG. 14 is a left-side view thereof, the right side view being a mirror image thereof.

The broken lines in the figures indicate stitching and form a part of the claimed design.
