FIG. 7 is a bottom view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a perspective view of the flat iron shown in a position of use coupled with an electric cord.

The broken lines in FIG. 8 are shown for the purpose of illustrating parts of the electric cord that form no part of the claim.
