The broken lines immediately adjacent to the photographic areas in FIGS. 1 through 6 define the bounds of the claimed design of the shoe upper, and form no part of the claimed design. The broken lines in FIGS. 1 through 6 showing the remainder of the shoe are for environmental purposes only, and form no part of the claimed design.
