Description
The patent or application file contains at least one drawing
executed in color. Copies of this patent or patent application
publication with color drawing(s) will be provided by the Office
upon request and payment of the necessary fee.
FIG. 1 is a front view of a first image in a sequence of a first
embodiment of the display screen or portion thereof with
transitional graphical user interface shown in color according to
the claimed design;
FIG. 2 is a second image in the sequence thereof; and
FIG. 3 is a third image in the sequence thereof;
FIG. 4 is a front view of a first image in a sequence of a second
embodiment, shown in color;
FIG. 5 is a second image in the sequence thereof;
FIG. 6 is a third image in the sequence thereof; and
FIG. 7 is a fourth image in the sequence thereof;
FIG. 8 is a front view of a first image in a sequence of a third
embodiment, shown in grayscale;
FIG. 9 is a second image in the sequence thereof; and
FIG. 10 is a third image in the sequence thereof;
FIG. 11 is a front view of a first image in a sequence of a fourth
embodiment, shown in grayscale;
FIG. 12 is a second image in the sequence thereof;
FIG. 13 is a third image in the sequence thereof; and,
FIG. 14 is a fourth image in the sequence thereof.
The gradient background of the graphical user interface is claimed
subject matter.
The three thin lines just outside of the circle, one of which has a
single break, are claimed subject matter. The three thin lines just
inside the circle are claimed subject matter.
The longer length broken line showing of a display screen and the
intermediate length broken line showing of a display screen
boundary, are included for the purpose of illustrating
environmental structure. The dash-dot-dash broken line defines an
artificial boundary to the clock element. The remaining broken
lines represent elements of the graphical user interface that are
excluded from the claim.
The appearance of the transitional image sequentially transitions
between the images shown in FIGS. 1-3, FIGS. 4-7, FIGS. 8-10, and
FIGS. 11-14. The process or period in which one image transitions
to another forms no part of the claimed design.
