FIG. 6 is a front elevational view of a third image thereof.

FIG. 7 is a front elevational view of a third embodiment of a first image of a display panel or screen with an animated graphical user interface showing our new design;

FIG. 8 is a front elevational view of a second image thereof; and,

FIG. 9 is a front elevational view of a third image thereof.

The appearance of the image transitions sequentially as shown in FIGS. 1-3, FIGS. 4-6 and FIGS. 7-9, respectively. The process or period in which an image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design. The outermost broken lines illustrate an electronic device, which is the environment of the design. The remaining broken lines illustrate portions of the display panel or screen, and portions of the graphical user interface. None of the broken lines form part of the claimed design.
