FIG. 10 is a right side view thereof;

FIG. 11 is a rear view thereof; and,

FIG. 12 is a bottom view thereof.

The broken lines shown in the figures are included for the purpose of illustrating portions of the portable solar panel and form no part of the claimed design. The solar panel of the first embodiment comprises photovoltaic cells and a transparent main plate. The solar panel of the second embodiment comprises photovoltaic cells and a translucent main plate.

CLAIM The ornamental design for a portable solar panel, as shown and described.
