FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combination ceiling fan blade and iron in accordance with my design;

FIG. 2 is a bottom plan view of the combination ceiling fan blade and iron shown in FIG. 1, but in a detached position;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left-side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right-side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a front elevation view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a rear elevation view thereof.

The broken-line disclosure of elements is understood to represent portions of the article in which the design is embodied, but which form no part of the claimed design.

CLAIM The ornamental design for a combination ceiling fan blade and iron, as shown and described.
