FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a gurney mattress with cover;

FIG. 2 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a side view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a front view thereof.

The oblique lines in FIGS. 1, 2, 4, and 5 indicate transparency of the cover. The stippling represents a textured contrast in appearance. The stippled texture is meant to be evenly distributed over the surfaces of the gurney mattress visible through the transparent cover.
