FIG. 2 is a second image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a third image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front view of a second embodiment of a display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface showing a first image in the sequence showing my new design;

FIG. 5 is a second image thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a third image thereof.

The dash-dot lines in the drawings show a boundary of the display and form no part of the claimed design. The broken lines in the drawings show unclaimed portions and form no part of the claimed design. The dotted lines in the drawings show an area where an entered character is located and form no part of the claimed design. The white space from the dash-dot broken lines to the dash-dash broken lines and dot-dot broken lines forms part of the claimed design.

The appearance of the animated images sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-3, and 4-6. The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.
