FIG. 10 is a top perspective view of a medical device with the additional environmental structure in dot-dot-dash broken lines as shown in a state of use.

The short dash-dash broken lines in the figures show portions of the medical device that form no part of the claimed design. The dot-dot-dash broken lines in FIGS. 9 and 10 show environmental structure and form no part of the claimed design.
