FIG. 5 is a top view thereof;
FIG. 6 is a bottom view thereof; and,
FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view thereof taken along section line
7-7 of FIG. 5.
The broken lines in the figures represent portions of the sponge
for substrate cleaning that form no part of the claimed design.
