FIG. 4 is a toe end view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a heel end view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a top view thereof.

The broken line immediately adjacent to the bottom of the shaded area represents an unclaimed boundary of the design. The unshaded regions within the circular areas form no part of the claimed design. The broken lines showing of the lace holding elements and the remainder of the shoe represent unclaimed subject matter and form no part of the claimed design.
