FIG. 5 is the fifth image thereof;

FIG. 6 is another embodiment showing an alternate embodiment of a first image in a sequence for a display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface showing my new design;

FIG. 7 is the second image thereof;

FIG. 8 is the third image thereof;

FIG. 9 is the fourth image thereof; and,

FIG. 10 is the fifth image thereof.

The appearance of the animated user interface sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-5 and 6-10.

The broken line showing the remainder of the display screen or a portion of the display screen in FIGS. 1-10 forms no part of the claimed design.

The subject matter shown in broken lines, for example, the "X"s in FIGS. 1-5 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.

CLAIM The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface, as shown and described.
