FIG. 7 is a top view of the inserter of FIG. 1;

FIG. 8 is a bottom view of the inserter of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 9 is a top perspective view of another embodiment of the inserter of FIG. 1, the only difference being the configuration of the sides of the inserter; the left side view of the inserter being a mirror image of the right side view.
