FIG. 8 is an enlargement of a central area of FIG. 1, showing lacing fasteners.

The dashed lines in the drawings are for purposes of illustrating environmental structure that form no part of the claimed design. Broken lines located within the lacing fasteners represent ridges that are part of the environment and not claimed.
