FIG. 1 is the first image in a sequence for a display screen with transitional graphical user interface showing our new design; and,

FIG. 2 is the second image thereof.

The appearance of the animated graphical user interface sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-2. The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design. The two outmost broken lines, and the three broken lines circles near the bottom of the each figure, illustrate an electronic device. The remaining broken lines illustrate portions of the display screen and portions of the animated graphical user interface. None of the broken lines form part of the claimed design.
