FIG. 8 is an eighth image thereof; and,

FIG. 9 is a ninth image thereof.

The appearance of the image transitions sequentially between the images shown in FIGS. 1-9. The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.

The broken lines shown in the drawings represent portions of the display of mobile phone with transitional graphical user interface that form no part of the claimed design.
