FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a telescoping handle, showing my new design in a collapsed configuration with a mount thereof in a tilted position;

FIG. 2 is a front perspective view thereof, illustrated with the mount in a straight position;

FIG. 3 is a rear perspective view of FIG. 2;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view of FIG. 2;

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view of FIG. 2;

FIG. 6 is a left-side elevational view of FIG. 2;

FIG. 7 is a right-side elevational view of FIG. 2;

FIG. 8 is a top plan view of FIG. 2;

FIG. 9 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 2; and,

FIG. 10 is a perspective view thereof, illustrated in an extended position with the mount in the straight position.

The broken lines showing a portable electronic device, a detachable remote, and a handle in FIG. 1 depict environmental matter and form no part of the claimed design.
