FIG. 5 is a front view of a fifth state thereof.

The broken lines showing a display screen is included for the purpose of illustrating the article and forms no part of the claimed design. The broken lines showing graphical elements within the display screen form no part of the claimed design.

The appearance of the transitional graphical user interface sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-5. The process or period in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design.

CLAIM The ornamental design for a display screen with a transitional graphical user interface, as shown and described.
