FIG. 8 is a cross sectional view along lines 8-8 of FIG. 4;

FIG. 9 is a cross sectional view along lines 9-9 of FIG. 4;

FIG. 10 is a front perspective view thereof; and,

FIG. 11 is another front perspective view with a sample unclaimed patient interface supported in the package.

In the drawings, the broken lines depict environmental subject matter only and form no part of the claimed design.

The bottom view of each embodiment forms no part of the claim and therefore has been omitted from the drawings.
