FIG. 2 is an exploded front elevational view thereof, the rear elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is an exploded left-side elevational view thereof, the right-side elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a perspective view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 6 is a left-side elevational view thereof, the right-side elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The broken lines represent stitching and form part of the claimed design.

CLAIM I claim the ornamental design for a handbag with interchangeable cover, as shown and described.
