The broken lines in FIG. 1 are included only for the purpose of illustrating environmental structure and form no part of the claimed invention.

The broken away symbols in FIGS. 1, 2, 3, 4, 7 and 8 indicate the appearance of any portion of the article between the break lines forms no part of the claimed design.
