FIG. 2 is a front view of a second image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front view of a first image of a second embodiment of a display screen portion with animated graphical user interface showing my new design;

FIG. 4 is a front view of a second image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front view of a first image of a third embodiment of a display screen portion with animated graphical user interface showing my new design; and,

FIG. 6 is a front view of a second image thereof.

In the first embodiment, the appearance of the transitional image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. In the second embodiment, the appearance of the transitional image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. In the third embodiment, the appearance of the transitional image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 5 and 6. The process or period in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design. The broken line showing of a display screen and remainder of the graphical user interface forms no part of the claimed design. In FIGS. 2, 4 and 6, the area within the check mark and the area within each of the letters in the word "READ" represents environmental subject matter and forms no part of the claimed design.

The greyscale indicates a contrast of appearance.
