FIG. 1 is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front view of a second image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front view of a third image thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a front view of a fourth image thereof.

The claim is directed towards two embodiments. The appearance of the first embodiment of the animated image transitions successively between the images shown in FIGS. 1-4. The appearance of the second embodiment of the animated image, not shown, transitions successively, in the reverse order of embodiment 1, between the images shown in FIGS. 4-1. The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design. The broken line showing of the display screen or portion thereof forms no part of the claimed design.
