FIG. 9 is a bottom perspective enlarged view of the head portion of the illuminating device only with the neck and bottom portions that form no part of the claimed design omitted for clarity purposes.
The two broken lines depicted on the head portion of the illuminating device represent parting lines that form no part of the claimed design. The broken line showing of all other portions of the illuminating device are for environmental purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
