FIG. 6 is right side elevation view of FIG. 1;

FIG. 7 is a left side elevation view of FIG. 1;

FIG. 8 is an exploded top perspective view of FIG. 1;

FIG. 9 is a top perspective view of FIG. 1 placed over a wound with the top flap thereof in an open wound treatment position; and,

FIG. 10 is a top perspective view of FIG. 1 and similar to FIG. 9 with the top flap thereof in a closed examination position over the wound.

The broken line representations of a peel-able adhesive surface covering shown in FIG. 8 and the wound and arm shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 are for purposes of illustrating environment and form no part of the claimed design.
